San Telmo is a small agricultural community where the migrants of Oaxaca, Veracruz,
Sinaloa arrives from March at the end of October every year more than 6,000. many of them with their families.
San telmo it is divided in five areas where people live: San Telmo Viejo, Chapultepec, Providencia, Lomas de San Telmo and
Diaz Ordaz, where we have our Church.
Diaz Ordaz is a small area in San Telmo where we have our Misión Jehová Nissi
from where we serve to God with the migrants. We have outreach programs in the streets, and the houses (door to door),
services in the church for many of the migrants that end up working that they are Christian, we visit the Galley where
they live during the work season.
During the day many of the children are alone, their parents leave to the fields
to work and they are taken the bigger boy or girls (10 years old and up) the rest is left in the galleys
without making anything, only to play
A group of 10 people of our Church travels every month to help in work in San Telmo,
and every December we celebrate a special party for the migrant children and its parents, Called "Making a happy Face"....prepared
exclusively for the migrant kids and their families
